How You Make Money

CalTier identifies, negotiates, invests and manages these multi-family assets on your behalf so you don't have to. When you invest you become CalTier's partner. Your investment buys you Units of ownership in the LP. CalTier's fund will be comprised primarily of premium multi-family properties across the U.S. These acquisitions consist of properties directly owned and managed as well as properties co-invested with some of the most well-respected and experienced commercial real estate professionals.

How They Make Money

As an investor in CalTier's fund, your investment goes directly into the purchase and management of the properties. CalTier's general partner is entitled to certain upfront cost and ongoing operations reimbursements including but not limited to a fixed annual management fee of 3% based on the funds assets under management. No other fees are paid by you to participate.
